Chapter 16.6. Enhanced Prepaid Wireless Telecommunications Service Charge

Sec. 10. As used in this chapter, "seller" means a person that sells prepaid wireless telecommunications service to another person, including a retail merchant that meets the economic threshold under IC 6-2.5-2-1(d).
