Chapter 21.5. Severe Weather Warning Sirens

Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "department" refers to: (1) the department of homeland security established by IC 10-19-2-1; or (2) an appropriate division within the department of homeland security, as determined by the executive director of the department of homeland security.
