Chapter 28. Fire Service Reports

Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "local unit" means any: (1) unit as defined in IC 36-1-2-23; (2) fire protection district established under IC 36-8-11; or (3) fire protection territory established under IC 36-8-19.
