Chapter 43. Regional Funding of Transportation Infrastructure Projects

Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "development board" means the following: (1) In the case of a regional development authority established under IC 36-7.5, the governing body of the regional development authority appointed under IC 36-7.5-2-3. (2) In the case of a regional development authority established under IC 36-7.6, the governing body of the regional development authority appointed under IC 36-7.6-2-3.
