Chapter 43. Regional Funding of Transportation Infrastructure Projects

Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "regional development authority" includes both: (1) the northwest Indiana regional development authority established by IC 36-7.5-2-1; and (2) a regional development authority established under IC 36-7.6-2-3.
