Sec. 1. Sections 0.1 through 7 of this chapter apply to: (1) actions or other proceedings to enforce rights arising from consumer credit sales, consumer leases, and consumer loans; (2) garnishments of the earnings of an individual; and (3) extortionate extensions of credit.
