Chapter 16.2. State Opioid Settlement Fund

Sec. 3. The fund consists of: (1) all funds received by the state for the benefit of the state under: (A) multi-state and Indiana specific opioid litigation settlements described in IC 4-6-15; and (B) any other form of opioid litigation agreement that: (i) is enforceable by a court; and (ii) settles litigation between the state and another party; (2) all money recovered as court costs or costs related to opioid litigation that is distributed to the fund under IC 4-6-15-4(a)(1) and IC 4-6-15-4(a)(3); and (3) interest that accrues to the fund under section 7 of this chapter.
