Chapter 6.8. Northeast Indiana Casino Operations

Sec. 1. Except as provided by IC 4-33-6-19.5(f), and subject to this chapter, the commission may issue an owner's license to operate an inland casino in Allen County, DeKalb County, or Steuben County in the manner required by this chapter.
