Chapter 7. Conduct of Gambling Games at Racetracks

Sec. 15. (a) This section applies to slot machine wagering occurring after June 30, 2013. (b) For each casino operated under this article, a licensee shall on July 15 of each year pay two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to the Indiana horse racing commission for deposit in the gaming integrity fund established by IC 4-35-8.7-3.
