Chapter 15.5. Residential Housing Infrastructure Assistance Program

Sec. 7. As used in this chapter, "residential housing" means single family or multifamily housing for rent or sale. The term includes condominiums and townhouses located within an economic development target area that is designated under IC 6-1.1-12.1-7.
