Chapter 24. Limitation on Labor Organization Membership Requirements

Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "governmental entity" means: (1) the state (as defined in IC 22-6-6-7); (2) a county; (3) a municipality (as defined in IC 36-1-2-11); (4) a township (as defined in IC 36-1-2-22); (5) a redevelopment commission; (6) a community development corporation (as defined in IC 4-4-28-2); and (7) a public-private entity created by any form of government.
