Sec. 1. The following definitions apply throughout this chapter: (1) "Business" includes an entity that has the objective of supplying a service or an article of trade or commerce. (2) "School corporation" has the meaning set forth in IC 20-18-2-16(a). (3) "Charter school" has the meaning set forth in IC 20-18-2-2.5.
