Chapter 5. Electronic Publication of Notices by Political Subdivisions

Sec. 1. This chapter applies to a political subdivision that: (1) has an official website; and (2) is authorized under IC 5-3-1-2 or another statute to publish a notice on the political subdivision's website in accordance with this chapter.
