Sec. 31. (a) This section applies to the holder of a vendor's permit that owns in whole or in part: (1) a retailer's permit described in section 30(c) of this chapter; and (2) one (1) of the following: (A) A brewer's permit described in IC 7.1-3-2-7(5). (B) A farm winery permit described in IC 7.1-3-12-3. (C) An artisan distiller's permit described in IC 7.1-3-27. (b) The definitions in sections 29 and 30 of this chapter apply to this section. (c) A holder of a vendor's permit may sell for carryout at the premises for which the retailer's permit was issued: (1) beer manufactured under the brewer's permit, if the vendor's permit holder has a one-, two-, or three-way retailer's permit; (2) wine manufactured under the farm winery permit, if the vendor's permit holder has a two- or three-way retailer's permit; or (3) liquor manufactured under the artisan distiller's permit, if the vendor's permit holder has a three-way retailer's permit.
