Sec. 2. The commission has the following duties and responsibilities: (1) To require the submission of information necessary to implement this article. (2) To issue permits. (3) To charge fees as set forth in this article. (4) To approve or deny a permit application made under IC 7.1-7-4 within sixty (60) days of receiving the application.
