Chapter 1.5. Utility Regulatory Commission Nominating Committee

Sec. 2. As used in this chapter: "Nominating committee" or "committee" means the nominating committee established by section 3 of this chapter. "Vacancy" means an opening on the membership of the commission or nominating committee which occurs by reason of death, retirement, resignation, removal, expiration of term without reappointment.
