Chapter 2.8. Dual Party Relay Services for Persons Who Are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, or Speech Impaired

Sec. 8. As used in this chapter, "local exchange company" or "LEC" refers to any communications service provider (as defined in IC 8-1-2.6-13(b)) that: (1) has a certificate of territorial authority on file with the commission; and (2) is required to provide dual party relay services to deaf, hard of hearing, and speech impaired persons under federal law.
