Chapter 22.5. Gas Pipeline Safety

Sec. 2. There is hereby established within the Commission a Pipeline Safety Division. The Division shall be charged with the regulation of: (1) transportation; and (2) related pipeline facilities and their operations; in order to promote the public safety.
