Sec. 9. As used in this chapter, "regulated entity" means a: (1) commercial facility that discharges wastewater containing fats, oils, or grease into a sewer system; (2) food establishment (as defined in IC 16-18-2-137); or (3) mobile retail food establishment (as defined in IC 16-18-2-239.3).
