Chapter 15.2. Next Generation Trust Fund

Sec. 14. (a) This section applies if a person does any of the following with respect to a trust created under this chapter: (1) Commits a breach of the trust. (2) Violates the mandate of the trust or trust agreement. (3) Violates a duty imposed by this chapter, the trust agreement, or IC 30-4. (b) The attorney general may petition a court to impose one (1) or more of the remedies described in IC 30-4-5.5-1.
