IC 9-14-14-5 — Allocation of money in the highway, road and street fund

Sec. 5. Money distributed to or deposited in the highway, road and street fund under this title shall be allocated as follows: (1) To the state highway fund as provided in IC 8-14-2-3. (2) To the local road and street account as provided in IC 8-14-2-4.
