Sec. 3.6. As used in this chapter, "long term care facility" means any of the following: (1) A facility licensed under or subject to IC 16-28-2. (2) An adult care home as a residential care facility. (3) A facility certified as a Medicaid waiver facility for the aged and disabled population.
