Sec. 215. (a) "Long term care facility", for purposes of IC 12-15-39.6, has the meaning set forth in IC 12-15-39.6-2. (b) "Long term care facility", for purposes of IC 12-10-13, has the meaning set forth in IC 12-10-13-3.6.
